Event Operation

I worked as an Event Assistant for the WayV “No Way Out” Concert in Harbin, where I supported event planning and on-site operations for a large-scale K-pop concert. My role focused on coordinating with fan groups to organize structured entry processes, ensuring efficient crowd flow and a positive audience experience. I helped plan and execute entry sequencing, managed timelines to keep operations aligned with the event schedule, and addressed real-time challenges in a fast-paced environment.

This experience strengthened my ability to manage large audiences, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain smooth event execution under pressure. It also gave me hands-on exposure to fan engagement and live event operations, reinforcing my interest in marketing within the entertainment and live events industry.
